At Ragdale Hall Spa, we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic

Cafe Lounge Supervisor

to take a proactive role in the daily operations of our two stunning cafe bar and lounge areas - the Garden Room and the Verandah Bar. Open daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, these beautifully designed spaces offer our guests a relaxed and welcoming environment to enjoy delicious food and drink throughout the day.

As a Cafe Lounge Supervisor, you'll be a visible and active presence on the floor, setting the tone for exceptional service and supporting your team by leading by example. You'll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, high-quality experience that reflects the five-star standards Ragdale Hall Spa is known for.

Main Duties:

(Full Training Provided)
Support the Bars Manager in overseeing daily operations, working alongside the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Step confidently into a leadership role in the Bars Manager's absence, maintaining high standards and a positive atmosphere. Lead by example - actively engage in service, support team members during busy periods, and uphold our commitment to excellence. Inspire and coach your team, fostering a culture of growth, positivity, and pride in their work. Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffees, smoothies, juices, and alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair. Ensure all areas are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming by clearing tables promptly and maintaining a high standard of presentation. Use your knowledge of the food and beverage menu to confidently take orders and coordinate with the kitchen team for timely service.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Proven experience in supervising a team within a customer service and hospitality setting, with a hands-on leadership style. A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences. Confident, approachable, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Ability to remain calm, composed, and efficient during high-pressure or busy service periods. A strong communicator with good problem-solving skills, who can stay calm under pressure.

Full time or Part time hours available

Salary:

12.96 per hour
