Cafe Manager

As the Cafe Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of baristas, kitchen staff and servers to deliver high-quality service
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies to maintain stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and cleanliness
- Develop and implement strategies and KPI reports to enhance the cafe's profitability and customer satisfaction
- Create staff schedules, assign duties, and conduct training sessions as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or cafe setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards and customer service best practices
- Knowledge of speciality coffee is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in food safety standards and regulations
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
