As a Cafe Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Cafe, ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods and exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Manage cafe staff, including bakers
- Report to Operations Manager
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Cafe to EHO standard.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Picking up and buying stock
- Training the staff
- Rotas
- Cashing up
- Admin
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Proficiency in Cafe operations and food preparation techniques
- High Knowledge of food safety
- Previous experience in a Cafe, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff and customers
- FULL driving license with car
