Cafe Manager - Hanarella Cafe

Hanarella Cafe is looking for an experienced and passionate

Cafe Manager with strong barista skills

to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be leading from the front -- making great coffee, delivering warm hospitality, and keeping our cafe running smoothly.

What you'll do:

Manage daily operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient cafe environment Work on the coffee machine, preparing consistently high-quality drinks Train and motivate staff in customer service and barista techniques Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene Manage stock levels, suppliers, and ordering Support the kitchen team and collaborate on seasonal menus and offers Handle customer feedback with professionalism, building loyalty and repeat business

What we're looking for:

Proven barista experience (essential) Previous supervisory or management experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team Excellent knowledge of customer service and cafe culture Understanding of food safety regulations
