Cafe Manager (Maternity Cover)

Locations: Jesmond, Manors, Ouseburn & Gosforth

We're currently looking for a passionate and experienced

Cafe Manager

to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is a hands-on role working at our cafe in Jesmond.

About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and capable manager who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working as part of a supportive, tight-knit team. You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the cafes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support cafe teams across multiple sites Place food and supply orders Maintain high standards in food hygiene and safety Contribute to creative food and drink offerings Support and grow our social media presence Work alongside our business partners to create a positive and collaborative work environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience in hospitality and team management (essential) Knowledge of coffee (preferred) A calm, capable leader who can work well under pressure A team player with great communication skills and a hands-on attitude
