We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. Responsibilities

Supervise daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Manage food preparation and production processes, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. Train, mentor, and lead staff members, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to create a vibrant cafe culture that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant or cafe management, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety practices. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Familiarity with barista skills is a plus, enhancing the cafe's beverage offerings. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
