Who We're Looking For:

A confident, experienced hospitality chameleon who thrives in both the chilled-out morning cafe scene and the buzz of evening wine service. You're social media-savvy, have a sixth sense for what's trending, and know how to turn casual coffee drinkers into loyal regulars.

In This Dual Role, You'll:

Lead and grow Ovation by Day

-- from cafe operations to customer experience. Be the face of our daytime trade: greeting guests, recommending menu items, and setting the tone. Manage bookings, events, and help evolve our daytime offerings with creative flair. Own the

social media strategy

-- creating engaging content and building a community around our brand. Step confidently into

afternoon and early evening shifts

, ensuring smooth transitions into our wine bar vibe. The role is predominately day time though. Support the overall team with leadership, training, and a hands-on approach.

You Are:

Experienced in cafe or daytime service management (bonus if you've launched or grown a cafe concept). Confident with Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms -- you love creating buzz and connecting with your audience. Warm, professional, and full of personality. Obsessed with great food, coffee, wine, and hospitality. A natural leader who can multitask and bring fresh ideas to the table.
