At Bryncir Garden Centre & Cafe Ltd you will play a vital role in helping deliver high-quality food and service to our customers. This position is based in North Wales and is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellence in both our cafe and garden centre.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer expectations Ensure all food safety standards are met consistently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Assist with meal preparation for daily service Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients Provide excellent service to customers when needed Contribute to menu planning with innovative ideas

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking Strong knowledge of food safety regulations Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Passion for delivering high-quality food and service Experience in restaurant settings is a plus Flexibility to adapt to changing menus and customer needs
