Back-of-House Cafe Lead

Location:

Horley

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Saturday, with one mid-week day off)

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting and training service users in kitchen tasks and food preparation Planning and organising specials and seasonal menus Managing procurement of ingredients and supplies Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for food and creativity in the kitchen Experience working in a busy food service environment A supportive and patient approach to mentoring others Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Essential:

A valid UK driving licence and access to a car Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
