We're now looking for a passionate and hands-on Cafe Manager to lead our brand-new Flight Line Cafe, nestled within this extraordinary venue. Your Mission:

As Cafe Manager, you'll take the reins of day-to-day operations at the Flight Line Cafe, delivering excellence across service, staff leadership, and cafe culture. You'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming space for museum visitors and helping us put great food and service at the heart of the Aerospace Bristol experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading from the front -- managing daily cafe and kitchen operations with energy and efficiency. Motivating and developing your team -- including scheduling, training, and performance support. Maintaining gold-standard customer service to ensure every visitor leaves smiling. Overseeing stock levels, ordering, and inventory control like a pro. Ensuring the cafe meets all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. Collaborating with our culinary team to evolve menus, introduce new offerings, and elevate the cafe's reputation. Supporting with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a management, supervisory, or assistant manager role within hospitality or catering. Inspiring leadership skills and strong communication abilities. A love for fast-paced, hands-on environments where no two days are the same. Knowledge of allergen management, food hygiene, and safety regulations. Availability to work weekends, bank holidays, and daytime shifts as needed.
