What you'll be doing:
Leading day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Motivating and supporting a small front-of-house team
Managing rotas, stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
Working closely with MOR's HQ bakery team on menu, display and daily prep
Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for regulars and newcomers alike
Upholding quality, consistency, and brand values every single day
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Have at least 2 years' cafe or hospitality management experience
Lead by example, calmly and confidently -- especially during peak times
Are passionate about great bread, good coffee, and thoughtful customer service
Enjoy developing people and building a positive team culture
Are organised, resilient, and commercially aware
