Job Description
North Devon Resort is a large holiday resort in Ilfracombe, which includes a variety of holiday services and commercial areas including one swimming pool, Bar & Restaurant, cafe & shop.
We are now looking to recruit welcoming, professional, highly organised, and motivated cafe and shop team members with experience in a similar setting.
This is very much a hands-on role in a fast-paced, customer facing environment.
To be the face of our holidays you will need to be highly presentable, have excellent communication skills and a positive problem-solving attitude.
Key responsibilities:
Providing strong customer service serving customers in both the cafe and shop either individually or as part of a team
Serving a selection of tea and coffee
Communicating with the main kitchen to ensure smooth operation of small kitchen
To effectively clear and reset tables in a timely manner ready for our next guests
To maintain the cleanliness of the cafe and shop and clearing and cleaning in a timely manner.
To work with daily check sheets to keep cleanliness at the highest of standards.

Cash handling and till use
Efficient and friendly service
We will ensure you are fully trained to feel confident helping our guests.
The role includes working evenings, weekends, bank and school holidays across 7 days of the week.
Hours:
Full time and part time roles availableContract type:

dependent on experiencePay: 11.44-12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
