We are looking for a reliable and well-spoken
Call Centre Representative & Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our clients--both over the phone and in person. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
Handling client queries in a professional and courteous manner
Taking and relaying accurate messages
Booking appointments and maintaining the firm's calendar
Welcoming clients and visitors at the reception desk
Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
Providing administrative support to legal staff when required
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or call centre role (preferably within a legal or professional services environment)
Excellent telephone manner and strong verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) and basic computer systems
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and conduct
A client-focused attitude and ability to work well under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 23,890.00-40,934.36 per year
