As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you will be the voice of the company, handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers, generate leads, and provide information about our marketing services. Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to potential and existing clients professionally and courteously
Promote the company's marketing services and campaigns effectively
Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system
Answer queries, handle objections, and escalate issues when necessary
Assist with lead generation and appointment setting for the sales team
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet individual and team targets
Follow call scripts and company procedures to ensure quality and compliance
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Confidence and ability to build rapport over the phone
