Role Overview:


As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you will be the voice of the company, handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers, generate leads, and provide information about our marketing services. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your communication skills and gain experience in a vibrant marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Make and receive calls to potential and existing clients professionally and courteously Promote the company's marketing services and campaigns effectively Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system Answer queries, handle objections, and escalate issues when necessary Assist with lead generation and appointment setting for the sales team Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet individual and team targets Follow call scripts and company procedures to ensure quality and compliance Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction

Requirements:



Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Confidence and ability to build rapport over the phone Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn Previous call centre or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
