The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries efficiently. As a Call Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties
Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information regarding our services to assist customers effectively.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Work towards KPIs and targets to earn an attractive commission.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
Skills
