As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. You will support the sales and marketing teams by providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and promoting our marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Provide information about marketing campaigns, services, and promotions.

Support the sales team by identifying potential opportunities and leads.
