Job Description

At Project Better Energy, we're on a mission to make renewable energy accessible to everyone. Our group Project Solar are the leading solar panel installer in the UK, we've helped thousands of homeowners reduce their energy bills and carbon footprints with confidence.

As a Call Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for handling warm leads with customers who have expressed an interest in our products and ensure customers have a great first contact experience.

Monday to Thursday 12pm - 8pm & Saturday 10am - 4pm

Fridays off every week!

35.5 hours per week

Handle inbound and outbound calls

Explain solar panel products and benefits

Identify requirements and answer all queries on solar panel installations

Qualify customers on home sustainability

Appointments scheduling

Update customer details into systems/CRM

General administration

What will you bring?



Previous experience within a call centre environment

Clear and confident telephone manners

Good communication and listening skills

Basic IT and computer skills

Be able to capture information accurately and professionally

Ability to follow scripts and processes

Strong customer service focus

Ability to work towards targets

Team player with a positive attitude

Reliable and punctual

Willingness to learn and develop
