Our Call Centre, located in the heart of Crawley is looking for candidates to join us as an Call Centre Advisor. This role is an integral part of the business as you will be the first point of contact that our potential customers will have with us, so the ability to build rapport and empathise with that person is essential.
We offer a basic salary of around
22,222
per
annum as a minimum.
However a lot of our Call Centre Advisors are taking home
in excess of 25,000 upwards per year due to our fantastic and realistic uncapped bonus structure that we have in place.
As a Call Centre Advisor
with us, you will be responsible for:
Making phone calls to future prospects and customers that have enquired directlt to us, informing them of our products and how we could potentially help them;
Securing outstanding quality appointments for our field sales agents to attend;
Exceeding daily and weekly given targets in a fun and motivational environment;
As a Call Centre Advisor,
you will benefit from;
Full time contract ~ 35.5 hours a week which may include the occasional Saturday
