Are you a people person with a knack for providing top-notch customer service? As a Retail Assistant, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers find what they need, keeping the shop floor tidy, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a positive and helpful attitude Manage sales transactions efficiently using the POS system Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves and displays Support stock management, including receiving and unpacking deliveries Provide product knowledge and advice to customers Assist with merchandising and promotional activities Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and store goals

What We're Looking For:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused mindset Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team Reliable, punctual, and flexible availability including weekends Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with cash handling A willingness to learn and a positive attitude
