Role Overview



As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. Your role is to engage with clients professionally, provide information, answer queries, and support marketing initiatives through outbound and inbound calls. This is a great entry-level position for someone eager to build experience in customer interaction and sales support within marketing.

Key Responsibilities



Make and receive calls to prospective and existing clients as part of marketing campaigns Deliver clear, confident, and persuasive communication to promote products or services Provide accurate information and handle customer enquiries promptly and courteously Record customer details and interactions accurately in the database Support the call centre team with targets and daily operational tasks Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team members Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions

Requirements



Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Confident and polite phone manner Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Willingness to learn and develop new skills within the marketing and sales field Team player with a proactive approach and good time management
