The Role:
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, efficient support by phone and email. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced environment. Full training is provided to help you succeed and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
Record detailed customer interactions accurately using CRM systems
Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions
Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and improve service quality
Who We're Looking For:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Patient, polite, and able to remain calm under pressure
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software
Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
