About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable

Call Centre Agents

to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

As a Call Centre Agent, you'll handle inbound and/or outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and assist with product or service enquiries. Whether you're new to call centres or ready to build on past experience, we'll give you the tools and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Answering inbound calls or making outbound calls depending on campaign Providing product or service information to customers Handling customer queries, complaints, or sales opportunities Logging call details and following scripts or guidelines where needed Working as part of a friendly, target-driven team

No experience needed - just clear communication skills and a great attitude Confident phone manner and ability to stay calm under pressure Good listening skills and attention to detail Computer literacy (able to navigate systems while on calls) Immediate availability preferred
