What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently Provide solutions and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets Contribute to a positive and motivating team environment

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset Ability to work full-time, including flexibility for shift work if required Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus but not essential Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
