Job Overview
We're looking for confident, energetic Outbound Call Centre Representatives to join our growing solar team. You'll be speaking to warm leads, having great conversations, and booking high-quality appointments for our sales consultants. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive attitude are key. If you enjoy talking to people, smashing targets, and being rewarded for results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads who have shown interest in solar solutions.
Engage customers in friendly, confident conversations to assess suitability.
Book appointments for the sales team, ensuring accurate and detailed information is captured.
Consistently work towards and exceed daily and monthly targets.
Accurately log call outcomes and notes on the CRM system.
Work closely with the wider team to maintain high energy and performance levels.
Ideal Candidate
Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up and performing consistently.
Previous call centre experience
or
a strong background in phone-based sales. Confident handling objections and keeping conversations positive and productive. Target-driven with a motivated, competitive mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced outbound calling environment. A team player with a great attitude and strong communication skills.Why You'll Love Working With Us

Pay: 24,420.00-36,420.00 per year
