Entry-Level Call Centre Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage with customers about products and services. Represent our clients professionally, delivering excellent customer service and brand knowledge. Support marketing and sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Record and update customer information accurately in the database. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance campaign strategies based on customer feedback. Participate in regular training sessions to develop communication and marketing skills.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and listening skills. A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic. Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently. Confidence to engage with a wide range of customers over the phone. Team player with a willingness to learn and grow. No previous call centre or marketing experience required, full training provided.
