Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Proactively reach out to potential clients and build relationships that lead to sales.

Building Rapport:

Establish and nurture connections with decision-makers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Achieving Targets:

Work towards and exceed personal and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in telesales, with a strong preference for candidates with any type of sales. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Salary up to 25'000 basic - OTE 30'000+.

Uncapped Commission payable on achieving targets.

8.30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday

8.30am - 1.30pm Fridays

No weekends / bank holidays

20 days Annual Leave plus all bank holiday days.
