Car Sales Executive - Hemel Hempstead
is hiring experienced Car Sales Executives to join a long-established and highly successful car dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals looking to develop their career within a respected automotive group offering excellent earning potential and career progression.
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: Basic salary + OTE up to 65,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week and every other Sunday
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, offering expert advice on vehicle choices
• Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and finance options
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to sale completion
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Work towards and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year's sales experience in the automotive industry (essential)
• Proven record of delivering first-class customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Target-driven with a proactive and professional attitude
• Full UK driving licence
