What You'll Do:

• Sell with Purpose: Use your experience to understand customer needs and offer the perfect car and add-ons.
• Drive Results: Handle a high volume of leads and turn them into sales with your engaging and persuasive personality.
• Earn Big: Hit targets, upsell, and watch your earnings grow.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous car sales experience (main dealer or independent)-ideally with a proven sales record.
• Passion: A love for cars and a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
• People Skills: An engaging and persuasive personality, with excellent phone manner and the ability to upsell.
• Self-Starter: You know when to take the initiative and when to ask for support.

Perks:

• Great Pay: 22k basic, with an achievable 60k OTE - top performers are earning in excess of 85k.

Hours:

• 5 Days Per Week
• Monday to Friday: 9am - 7.30pm
• Saturdays: 8.30am - 6pm
• Sunday: 9.30am - 5pm
