Your ability to communicate effectively with customers will be essential in upselling vehicles and enhancing their overall experience.
Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations for vehicles.
Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
Implement upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organised sales environment, including keeping track of inventory and managing customer follow-ups.
Utilise software tools for managing sales leads, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining customer records.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to upselling and identifying customer needs.
Familiarity with sales management software is preferred but not essential; training will be provided as necessary.
