Part Time Accounts and Admin Assistant
SFX Trade is a trade counter based in Waterlooville, supplying windows, doors and plastics to the trade and public. This role is based in our office at the trade counter assisting in accounts and general admin work.
The role will include invoicing customers, allocating payments on Sage Accounts and general admin work such as filing and dealing with emails.
Hours to be worked are flexible and overtime may be needed in order to cover holidays etc. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm.
The Ideal Person
We are looking for someone who is friendly and has a good sense of humour to join our small team. You will need to have a positive work ethic and be reliable.
Essential Skills:
Excellent customer service skills;
First rate organisational skills;
Ability to work alone and as part of the team;
Punctual, reliable and polite;
General computer skills.
Desirable skills:
Experience in a similar field;
Knowledge of Sage Accounts
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.25-13.00 per hour
