Key Responsibilities
Manage office operations, correspondence, and filing systems
Oversee staff timesheets, DBS checks, references, and HR admin
Liaise with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate payments
Maintain staff and resident records, training logs, and leave tracking
Support occupancy by following up on enquiries and conducting show-arounds
Verify supplier deliveries and agency invoices
Manage petty cash and assist with invoicing and bookkeeping (Xero)
Organise meetings, take minutes, and manage staff diaries
Book medical appointments and handle internal/external queries
Be the first point of contact for visitors and calls
Use Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook confidently
Support the management team with ad hoc admin tasks
What We're Looking For
Experience in administration, ideally in a healthcare setting
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and learning new systems
HR and payroll experience preferred
Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented
Comfortable working independently and to deadlines
Bookkeeping or budgeting experience is a plus
