Responsibilities include the following: -
To assist in the smooth running of the Home.
Administrative duties, care planning etc.
Recruitment of staff
Staff support and supervision
Compliance with all Policies & Procedures and CQC Regulatory Standards
Handling of Medication
Health & well being of residents
Liaison with statutory agencies and care professionals
Maintain effective communication with relatives
Maintaining Staff Rota
Formal Supervisions
Maintain personal contact with residents
Staff meetings/Resident meeting etc.
Leadership and Management Qualification
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
