A Proven Leader:

2+ years of supervisory experience in Specialist Adult Care, ready to inspire and guide a dedicated team.

Qualified & Committed:

Hold a Higher Diploma (Level 3) or equivalent in Adult Health and Social Care, with a drive to achieve Level 5 in Leadership & Management.

Expert in Support:

Extensive experience empowering individuals with learning/sensory disabilities.

Organised & Influential:

Exceptional organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at every level.

Driven & Adaptable:

Self-motivated and adept at managing a busy and rewarding workload.

On the Go:

A clean driving licence and your own reliable transport are essential.
