Care Team Leader

28 hours per week, 12 pm - 8 pm




We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team, supporting residents living with dementia in a warm, person-centred environment. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards of care, dignity, and wellbeing are consistently upheld.


Key Responsibilities:




Lead, motivate, and support a team of care staff to deliver exceptional dementia care. Administer medication Oversee daily care operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies. Develop and maintain individual care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Promote a safe, nurturing environment that enhances residents' quality of life. Monitor and record care delivery accurately, ensuring timely updates and reviews. Support staff development through mentoring, training, and performance feedback.

Requirements:




NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Proven leadership experience in a dementia care setting. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding best practices.
