Oulton Academy is an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' mixed secondary school catering to over 1,000 students aged between 11 and 16. Located in the picturesque village of Oulton, South Leeds the school is rapidly becoming the school of choice in the area, with student numbers increasing year on year. In December 2022 we were selected for the governments School Rebuild Programme and plans are well underway with this exciting project.
Oulton Academy joined Carlton Academy Trust (CAT) in April 2024, which proudly oversees three secondary schools, three primary schools, and three special schools, collectively educating nearly 5,000 students and employing almost 1,000 members of staff. Outcomes at the school have significantly improved, and in November 2024, Oulton Academy earned a place in the top 24 best state secondary schools in West Yorkshire.

We are seeking to appoint a reliable, proactive and hands-on Caretaker to join our school community. This vital role involves maintaining a safe and clean site in order to welcome pupils, staff and visitors. Duties include site security, basic repairs and general maintenance.
