We are seeking a skilled general builder to join our team with at least 3 years experience. The role involves working on various building projects, predominantly domestic build work, extensions and alterations but may also include commercial works.
Duties:
Must be able to undertake one or more trade skills and be competent in those - will have a strong background in the following, preferably carpentry or electrics.
Skills:
- Must be professional, productive and efficient at the skills you can offer
- Proficient in at least one of the skills above
- Experienced in operating power tools safely and effectively
- Must be self motivated
- Able to carry out work without constant supervision
Preferably living in the Surrey/Hants Border area as most projects are within this geographical area. The position offers a van after successful completion of probationary period and a petrol card.

Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry.
Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
