We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
Manage food production processes, maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items
Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times
Requirements
Proven experience in a culinary or kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong skills in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Previous experience in food service roles such as serving or hospitality is advantageous
A recognised culinary qualification is preferred but not essential
