Creative Casting is seeking a new addition to their

friendly, highly organised, and motivated Casting team

based in Penarth. We're a busy casting agency that supplies Supporting Artists (SAs) to film, TV, and commercial productions across the UK. Our office is dog-friendly and fast-paced, much like the exciting industry we serve.

As a Casting Agent, you will be the

first point of contact

, handling calls and communication with professionalism and enthusiasm. You'll play a key role in the end-to-end casting process, from liaising with Assistant Directors to processing shoot details and answering SA queries. You'll also support with social media and general office administration to help keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first line of communication for incoming queries Assist with casting from start to finish, including scheduling and coordination Process child license documents and maintain accurate records Support SAs throughout their casting journey and troubleshoot any issues Coordinate and participate in auditions and interviews Manage and update a database of talent, headshots, and audition tapes Provide occasional out-of-hours support via our emergency work phone (paid overtime) Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging talent Help to maintain Creative Casting's social media presence

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills and written English Strong IT and social media skills High level of organisation and attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for TV, film, and the entertainment industry Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines A positive team player with drive, initiative, and a desire to grow in the role

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in casting, performing arts, or a related field is a plus

Pay: From 24,000.00 per year
