The role:

BH Live is recruiting for a Casual Line Cook, to join our busy team based at the Littledown Centre.

You will:

Work as an integral part of the hospitality team, assisting with the production of food, providing high quality customer service. Preparing and assisting with the production of food at the Centre. Assist the Team Leaders in delivering a high quality catering operation. Assist with the preparation of menus for both day-to-day requirements and special events. Prepare, cook and serve food in line with BH Live's standards Ensure the kitchen areas in a clean and tidy condition, but in particular, clean and prepare all areas associated with catering facilities in accordance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations and BH Live's Policy and Procedures Unload, check and store deliveries of food, beverages and other provisions used within the Centre. Ensuring all sections of the Food Act and General Food Regulations are complied with.

You will need:

Ideally, you will hold a basic Food Hygiene certificate but training can be provided. Great customer service skills. A good knowledge of safe food preparation and food hygiene.

Due to the nature of our business hours of work will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
