Wyndham Duchally Country Estate is set in beautiful Perthshire and is the ideal base for short breaks and overnight stops in Scotland . With 55 Self Catering Lodges and a 4 Star Country House Hotel set in 27 acres of parklands, we take great pleasure in extending the hand of traditional Highland hospitality to all our guests.
We are looking for a CDP Chef to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, basic cooking techniques, and a passion for creating delicious dishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team with food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, and helping to maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
Responsibilities:
To follow recipes and presentation specifications for the seasonal menus that complement the various dining options at Wyndham Duchally Country Estate Prepare ingredients and monitor stock levels ensuring compliance with health and safety and food hygiene standards To foster a good team spirit at all times both with kitchen and other departments within the resort. Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment. Be proud of the dishes you produce and always strive to exceed guest expectations.
What we are offering in return...
As well as a base salary of 15 per hour, there is the potential to earn up to 2,000 in service charge. We are also offering free onsite accommodation with this role which is worth up to 3,000. Included in the accommodation is complimentary staff meals, electricity, wifi, and use of the onsite leisure facilities.
