As aChange Communications Consultant, youlljoin the team on a full-time basis, playing a pivotal part in delivering amazing comms for a range of different organisations. Youllget to flex your communication muscles: brainstorming creative internal comms campaigns, crafting user journeyassets and engaging with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct calls and workshops with customer project teams to understand their communication needs, gather requirements, and provide expert advice on internal communication strategies. + Develop effective Communication Plans to ensure all stakeholders are appropriately informed and actively engaged as part of our Hablediscovery process.
+ Create impactful campaign materials and copy, from emails, newsletters, presentations, and more, using either our templates or custom formats as needed.
+ Craft clear and concise design briefs that effectively communicate project brand requirements to our network of designers.
+ Storyboard, produce and narrate animated videos, using our chosen software Vyond.
+ Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all communication materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the project goals.
+ Work closely with Change Managers, Project Managers, designers, and other creatives to ensure seamless execution of communication plans and assets within budget.

Required

Skills

+ At least 3 years in an internal comms or communications role in a B2B environmen + Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail, spelling and grammar
+ Excellent verbal communication skills and experience leading client calls.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong skills using Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and Word.
+ Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to record time against budgets and a dedicated timesheet.

+ Experience working effectively in a remote environment + Knowledge of communication and change management best practices (e.g., CIM and PROSCI)
+ Strong graphic design, branding, and formatting skills
+ Animation and video production abilities
+ Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
+ SC security clearance
