We are seeking a compassionate, reflective, and experienced Chaplain to join our multidisciplinary team in a primary care setting. This is a two-year fixed term post offering spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff within the GP practice. The successful candidate will work alongside clinical and non-clinical colleagues to contribute to holistic patient care.
