Job Summary



We are looking for experienced team leaders or campaign managers in and around Reading. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing internal team, within a reputable fundraising company.

Due to rapid growth, we are looking for individuals with a proven track record in managing a team of fundraisers.

You will represent various well-known charities, leading by example to ensure your team is performing to a great standard, both in results and brand representation.

We are offering the chance to come into an established environment and grow your team further.

We offer a professional working environment, designed to enable the right individual to thrive. You will be paid 13 - 17 per hour (depending on experience), with the opportunity to earn substantially more through commission payments. Additionally, you will receive overrides for every successful donor acquired by your team. Realistic earnings in excess of 50k per annum.

Working Hours:

A typical week is 30 hours working between 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday, with the opportunity to work additional paid hours over the weekend. Hours may change for door to door and private sites.It is also possible for you to work as a self-employed contractor, if that is your preference, with the flexibility to set your own working patterns.To be successful in the role you will need to meet sales targets. These are realistic targets which consider the challenges of face-to-face fundraising while maintaining an achievable and rewarding environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with people from various backgrounds.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Problem-solving mentality, providing real solutions to the team and enabling them to succeed.

A strong coaching style, developing people to improve and become more independent.

A brilliant example for those in the team, from work ethic to positivity.
