Duties
Oversee daily operations and ensure that all activities align with the company's strategic goals.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Coordinate public relations initiatives to enhance the company's image and outreach efforts.
Facilitate training and development programmes for staff to improve performance and engagement.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management on operational effectiveness.
Skills
Proven experience in a managerial role with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Proficiency in Raiser Edge or similar fundraising software is highly desirable.
Excellent public relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various channels.
Strong relationship management skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data to inform decision-making.
Exceptional organisational skills, with an aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative and creativity in overcoming challenges.
