What We're Looking For
Chartered status with ICE, IStructE, or an equivalent professional body (CEng MICE, MIStructE, etc.).
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in structural engineering.
Strong design capability with proven proficiency in software such as Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Civil 3D, or Autodesk.
In-depth knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards, and industry best practice.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead client discussions.
Solid project management background with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.
Your Responsibilities
Take ownership of structural designs across a range of challenging projects.
Act as a technical lead, guiding junior engineers and providing quality oversight on deliverables.
Produce and review calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications.
Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability in design practices.
