Job Description
We are looking to build a team of dedicated and versatile coaches to come together as a team. The aim is to build a team of diverse talent that can inspire the next generation. We want you to come and leave your legacy by training up and coming tumblers. The right candidate will have a passion to succeed in teaching whilst aiming to improve the skills of our members. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to foster teamwork and discipline among team members.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programmes that enhance skills and techniques. Educate team members on the fundamentals of tumbling, including safety practices and proper techniques. Organise and conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring all members are engaged and improving their skills. Prepare the team for competitions by creating routines that showcase their abilities while adhering to competition guidelines. Foster a positive team environment that encourages camaraderie, respect, and sportsmanship among all participants. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding training schedules, team events, and performance expectations. Monitor the progress of each athlete and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Skills
Proven experience in coaching, preferably in cheerleading or a related field. Strong ability to educate athletes on techniques and strategies for success in tumbling. Excellent leadership skills with the capability to motivate and inspire members. Effective communication skills to convey instructions clearly and foster open dialogue with team members. A creative approach to choreography that engages athletes while enhancing their performance capabilities. Strong organisational skills to manage practice schedules, events, and team logistics efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 13.39-25.00 per hour
