The Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen is seeking Chefs at various levels

What we are looking for

Proven track record as a Chef within a quality hotel.

High standards of hygiene and Health & Safety controls.

Prepare, cook and present food as per kitchen manual, including staff meals.

To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to colleagues.

Ability to work various shifts on a rota bases including weekends.

About the Hotel

The Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen, is a beautifully maintained historic building situated in the heart of Aberdeen's West End and provides convenient access to surrounding areas. The hotel offers 87 bedrooms, all with modern amenities.

The Grain Store Bistro & Bar offers a warm and friendly atmosphere with something for everyone from our delicious menu, lighter meals are available in the bar area. Our Aberdon Function Suite, with private bar is ideal for conferences, exhibitions, private events and weddings.
