Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of kitchen operations within a restaurant environment. As a Chef, you will have to oversee all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality dishes are produced and served efficiently. This includes helping with menu planning, recipe development, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food preparation, and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process to guarantee consistency and excellence.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting is preferable. Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership. Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
