Responsibilities



Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications. Develop innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor kitchen performance, implementing improvements where necessary.

Requirements



Proven experience in a similar Chef role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques. Supervising experience, demonstrating effective team management capabilities. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Previous experience in food production and cooking within a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations. A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
This job role is for day time hours starting from 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
