Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef with prepartion and servive. Ability to work in a team or by themselves and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires a blend of culinary expertise and a dedication to hospitality while maintaining a high level of hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain stock. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak times. Monitor food costs and waste management to optimise profitability without compromising quality. Foster a positive team environment that encourages creativity and collaboration among kitchen staff.

Skills

Strong background in food production and preparation techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Extensive culinary experience with a passion for cooking and creating exceptional dishes. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
